Shipping

- In the unlikely event we are out of stock on an item in your order, we will ship your order incomplete and send the backordered item when it is back in stock. We will send an email with the estimated delivery date.
- All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent on availability of merchandise and credit verification.
- Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order.
- No orders are shipped or processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays observed by carriers.
- We reserve the right to upgrade or change the shipping carrier when we see fit for insurance or timeliness purposes. The customer will not be charged for shipping upgrades.

Store Return Policy

-No Refunds.
-Damaged or Defective merchandise may be exchanged. Send an Email to Customer Service at the email address below.
-Unopened DVDs may be returned for EXCHANGE of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in factory shrink-wrapped condition. Cycling-Videos.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse a return for damaged merchandise or missing items.
-Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
